Tellima grandiflora

(Fringe Cups) Back to Perennials
Tellima grandiflora

Tall, wiry spikes of greenish-white flowers appear above the rosettes of hairy, deep green leaves in early summer. As the flowers age they take on a beautiful pink hue and are lightly scented.
They thrive in moist, shady situations and make an excellent addition to any shaded borders, very useful for splitting up any brightly coloured plants. They look at their best when planted in wild or woodland garden themes or in shady borders with hostas and ferns.
