Blackberry - Rubus fruticosus 'Oregon Thornless'
A popular, highly ornamental, deciduous blackberry which bears attractive, white, cup- shaped blooms with large, golden-green centres. It produces heavy crops of mild and juicy fruit on thornless stems from August through to late September. Perfect for training over an arch, trellis or pergola, it has distinctly scented, dark green leaves that take on stunning shades of red during the autumn. It is useful for smaller gardens, and is valued for its decorative nature as well as its fruit.
