(Parsley)

Back to Herbs

Petroselinum crispum
This is an easy to grow, bushy biennial herb which has a multitude of uses, both culinary and decorative. Has rich green fragrant semi-evergreen leaves, and makes an excellent addition to a variety of dishes. A great source for vitamin B12, chlorophyll, calcium, and it has more vitamin C than citrus fruits.

If protected from frost, it can be cropped right through to winter. Plant in rich, moist, but well-drained soil in full sun to light shade.
