An established deciduous variety which bears small, well flavoured apples which are a lovely pale green-yellow colour. Russet apples are highly regarded for their rough skins and sweet flavour. It may not look as appealing as other apples, but the delicious flavour makes it one of the best dessert apples that you can buy!
Suitable for Northern, colder locations with higher rainfall, the blossoms have a very good frost tolerance and the tree will crop best in a sunny location. Although partially self-fertile, having a nearby pollinator will benefit the crop yield.
